This is the WORST DEALERSHIP and the WORST service experience I have ever had. I have to say the previous two were not good, but this takes the cake! Your "new" service guy scheduled a visit for our experience I have ever had. I have to say the previous two were not good, but this takes the cake! Your "new" service guy scheduled a visit for our mustang two weeks ago. Said the earliest he could get me in with his tech that knew about electronics in the car and scheduling the upgrades couldn't see me until 06-25 at 3pm. So, I waited and showed up only to find out I did not have an appt. Pushed me down to the "quick lube" for oil check and full inspection as we are getting ready for road trip. When he finally returned and I asked about working with his electronics guy to get the software upgrades scheduled, his response was I had to do it on my phone!? xxx!? You cannot tell me that a tech cannot do that with the computer in the car as well. Told me to GO BACK TO THE DEALER where I purchased it! xxx!??? DO YOU KNOW WHY IT WAS NOT BOUGHT AT VICTORY LANE!? BECAUSE YOUR SALESMAN DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE THE ORDER, TOLD ME TO GO HOME AND PLAY WITH THE CONFIGURATOR ONLINE AND NEVER FOLLOWED UP! ???? Really. I'm sure no one will read this or reply to it, as your dealership has lost all credibly and does not care about customers. WORTHLESS! We will not be back! More
