I arrived a few minutes early to my appointment, and I was directed by someone who was walking back to the shop to park under the canopy. Once there, I waited at least 10 minutes before I was approached was directed by someone who was walking back to the shop to park under the canopy. Once there, I waited at least 10 minutes before I was approached by someone to take me in. In the meantime, many staff passed by my car without addressing me at all. When I met with my service advisor, he told me that the service may take up to 2.5 hours because of the construction. I found this comment to be peculiar given the fact that I had a reservation, and therefore there should be resources already allocated to my car being there and I'm not competing with other drop-ins. To be fair, the work took under 1.5 hours. When I arrived to pick up my car, it appeared that none of the service advisors acknowledged me right away, and it took for me to approach one of them to be noticed. Overall, this last experience left a lot to be desired. More
Service was quick and Tyrone communicated the need for the additional service of brake and transmission fluid thoroughly. The temporary waiting area is very comfortable, i hope that with the renovation th the additional service of brake and transmission fluid thoroughly.
