I lived out of state for a number of years, having returned to Bloomington (IL) in 2011; finding myself needing a better car, Mike was my first thought, and my first choice. Mike made my purchase of a Honda CR-Z Hybrid THE best buying experience of my life, after less than stellar 'help' from other salesmen in years past. I loved the car, but due to other reasons, I recently needed a larger vehicle but a larger Honda was not in my budget. I located a Chevy Impala on the Lindsay website, contacted Mike, and in less than a week I had traded vehicles. As I live many miles from the dealership, Mike made the extra effort to bring the Impala TO me for a test drive. A salesperson has never done that before, and it just reinforced the reason I went to Mike in the first place. A small service issue arose a few days after I purchased the Chevy and Mike personally drove it to the dealership, leaving a very nice car for my use that day. Mike returned my car that evening, the issue was fixed and I was not charged for it. Mike personifies SERVICE and it is my pleasure not only to state he is the best auto salesman I've ever known, but to call him my friend. I know I can trust Mike implicitly.
