I brought the car in for a couple of issues. In a very reasonable amount of time they diagnosed and fixed the two issues that were related. I’ve never had a good experience here, and that ci tinier with my last visit. Nobody greeted me when I drove my car in for service. Another customer directed me to go inside. Stood there for almost 5 minutes with my last visit. Nobody greeted me when I drove my car in for service. Another customer directed me to go inside. Stood there for almost 5 minutes before anyone greeted me and said they could help. Snacks/drinks are nice. Was told an hour, went over at almost 1 1/2 to check. Stood there for another almost 5 minutes before I finally asked if my car was done. It was finished (could see it ready to go) and they said they were finishing paper work. Then they tried to charge me for a tire rotation I didn’t ask for but agreed to because it was included with my first oil change post purchase. So unwelcoming in the service area!! This is why we change oil ourselves or take it elsewhere. Would have loved to have had an oil change sticker to k ow when next one is due. More

When I picked up my car on August 4 I was told no problem was detected when the check engine warning light being on was investigated. But, in fact, the warning light was not on when I left my car for servici was detected when the check engine warning light being on was investigated. But, in fact, the warning light was not on when I left my car for servicing. I questioned whether the service note really referred to my car and was assured that it did. My tires were rotated and air pressure was checked and adjusted but when I drove my car above 40 mph on August 5 the tire pressure warning light came on. Two strikes against the recent servicing of my car. More

Came in for simple oil change and tire rotation Friday. Over the weekend the car is making loud noises while driving. Something is wrong with tires.
