Salesman Scout was great. Not a pushy salesman, paid close attention to detail, family oriented when my family came around. If you want nice things you mist pay. Still good people for the most part. No WOW factor and a few basics due to my convenience is the only reason for purchasing from this location. The service work itself was high quality but there is improvement to be had with communication. This service was much better under Robinson GMC. The two stars gained were because there are some genuinely nice people who work there. We have had a recurring recall issue that the service manage The two stars gained were because there are some genuinely nice people who work there. We have had a recurring recall issue that the service manager was supposed to help with, and we never heard from thim again. We took the vehicle to have the recall issue fixed or paint touched up as in incidental to the recall issue, only to find that they don't fix them, or don't touch up the paint, claiming that they "can't see" what we are talking about and have to bring the vehicle again. The last visit was really the icing on the cake. We had service done and when we got the invoice, we had to remind them again, that GMC Customer Care gave us a Pre-Paid Service Plan (for the inonvenience of the recall issue) and that it covered part of our service. They had to adjust the invoice, and my husband paid the remainder on the credit card. My husband got a voice mail asking him to call about the invoice, but he knew he paid it, so he disregarded it. The service advisor calls me and tells me that we owe a balance. I explain that it was paid on a credit card. I don't know what they did with their records on their end, but she kept pushing me to provide proof of payment! I was being treated as if I was guilty of not paying until I had to prove my innocence and show them my credit card statement! I told them that this was not my problem, it was theirs, in which she agreed, but she wasn't even apologetic. This is the third request that I received for my review. I asked them the first time if they really wanted me to do that, especially since the request was generated by their phone call to me for me to prove that I paid them. This place has become a joke. More
