Terrible customer service. I bought a Yukon XL Denali and a GMC 2500 Sierra HD the same day there, got every service there, paid $2100 to replace the Def Tank when it only had I bought a Yukon XL Denali and a GMC 2500 Sierra HD the same day there, got every service there, paid $2100 to replace the Def Tank when it only had 61,000 miles on it and then the transmission failed immediately after. They charged me $380 for a diagnostic fee. Every communication was me calling to ask, no phone calls were ever outbound giving me updates. Will NEVER purchase any vehicles there and spreading the word to not make the same mistake I did! More

The service department has know idea what they are doing and the service manger is very unprofessional, as we had our car there to be repaired, they said they repaired it and 4 months later we take it back and the service manger is very unprofessional, as we had our car there to be repaired, they said they repaired it and 4 months later we take it back with the same issue. And they told me we are know longer allowed to have our service done there. More

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this dealership from start to finish. The entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle rather than just makin from start to finish. The entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle rather than just making a sale. The process was smooth, transparent, and completely stress-free. Chris helped find the perfect fit for me. What stood out the most was how incredibly patient and kind everyone was with my small children while we were there. Anyone who has ever car shopped with kids knows it can be a lot, but the staff never made us feel rushed or stressed. They were so understanding and accommodating, which made the whole experience so much easier for our family. They love the basketball hoop!! I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. Thanks so much!! More
