Absolutely by far the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with. Buyers, PLEASE BEWARE. I am writing this review in hopes that in doing so it will help someone else. Please be very careful with what is said to you during the negotiation of the vehicle purchase/payment, and REALLY read the fine print because what you will be told will not reflect what’s in your contract. In my situation I dealt with Sergio Macias(sales manager). I was coming from out of town(after work) and got there at almost 8PM and signed paperwork at about 10PM with still a 2 hour drive ahead of me to get back home. I was so exhausted and felt terrible about having staff there late. I missed information on my contract that was never disclosed to me about an extended warranty after being told misleading information since the manager said it was being thrown in as if it was free as part of the deal. Upon reviewing the contact first thing the next morning I noticed that they added the fees without my knowledge so I tried calling the dealer to ask to have that warranty cancelled and the fees removed. After multiple calls and messages I finally got a call 2 days later just so Sergio can tell me he never said he was throwing it in as part of my deal, then proceeded with making up additional lies by telling me about a conversation that never took place he stated he told me I would have a lower payment if I didn’t add an extended warranty and then proceeding to say that I insisted on keep it(which basically keeps my payment as high as it is; mind you the warranty already covers the engine and transmission for 10 years-why would I purchase a $4,095 warranty for just the inside of the vehicle for an additional 5 years more than whats already being covered?) I’m now being made to feel as if I’m a liar and then he proceeds to tell me he can cancel some of the warranty since I am now having “buyers remorse” according to him, but would only cancel an amount of $3,100 and my payment would stay the same. He stated he has my “signature on 4 pages, and I knew what I was doing” because according to him I requested the extended warranty verbally. He would not even let me talk it was basically him talking over me as I am trying to repeat what he told me while I was there in person and how he lied. He treated me like trash over the phone, I never once was disrespectful to him in any way. I simply wanted to rectify what was done to me. He was not helpful at all, I was in disbelief that this was the person I had dealt with only 2 days ago in person who was so kind and respectful. The way he continued to speak to me was so unprofessional, he refused to make the situation right and hung up on me. Dawn Day(financing) NEVER went over those fees, only explained what was covered. I feel like this whole situation was so wrong both employees knew what was being done and knew that once my signature was there I wouldn’t be able to do anything about it. This situation was handled so poorly and with very little professionalism. BUYERS, PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. More

My wife and I submitted an online request for a salesperson to contact us regarding purchasing a New 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander that was on the Victorville Mitsubishi website. Art Ozaeta contacted m salesperson to contact us regarding purchasing a New 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander that was on the Victorville Mitsubishi website. Art Ozaeta contacted me immediately and we scheduled a meeting for the same day. When I arrived I was treated like family, the Outlander was washed and ready for us to take delivery, AMAZING! Art and his team made our experience stress free. Our experience with Art and his team was nothing short or amazing!
