They ignore you once they have your money. I read the negative reviews and thought, They can't be that bad and still be in business right??? During the haggling process the reason they wouldn't at least get to a fair resale price, was because the car had the ultimate and technical package. I purchased a car and I quickly regretted it because of the low MPG's. I called and spoke to Rick in finance, Luis in sales and, Ruth wanted to trade it for something with better mileage. It had only been a few days they could have tried working with me. Over the phone and through emails, everyone was very willing to help. They all told me they would call after talking to the general manager or the used car manager or looking at the car. No calls back. About a week into having the car I tried to use the navigation but when I tried, the message,"no sd card inserted" came up. I emailed Luis, he said he would look and ask around for it. He told me, "he would call me back". No call back!!! I was not happy! With all of the packages the car has as the reason they would not lower the price, I cant even use those features cuz it doesn't have the navigation card! I went to the dealership to have it looked at to figure out why the MPG's don't match what is posted. Luis was there and I I asked about the sd card, once again he promised to ask around and call me back. He emailed me later informing me that the used car manager, Bill, said the car didn't come with an sd card. That was it, no offer to get one, no options offered, just no disc. They knew it was not in the car but did not tell me nor did they offer to replace it. I didn't hear from them again till I got aggravated and emailed the corporation. Bill, the used car sales manager, called to me and told me that they, "DONT TELL CUSTOMERS WHAT CARS DONT HAVE, THEY TELL CUSTOMERS WHAT CARS DO HAVE"!! His only offer was to send Luis to the Parts Manager to find out what the dealers cost is and let me know how much I will be charged for something that should have been in the car in the first place!!! Well, Its been 2 days and guess what, still, NO CALL BACK!!! The guys in service are helpful, but if you are thinking of buying a car ... BUYER BEWARE!!! More

My experience at Victorville Hyundai was great! Cesar Perez was an amazing salesman and helped us tremendously! He sat with us the entire time and kept us involved in that was going on. I was a tricky customer due to trying to get out my lease without having negative equity and he went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted and have ZERO negative equity! Definitely recommend him for your next vehicle purchase! More
