Smooth Process I did my research, understood invoice, rebates, etc…and then decided on a car, and then made the call to my closest Hyundai dealership. I talked to an Internet Sales Manager, Nick Fletcher, at my request so I could cut the hassle out and either make a deal or not. Nick and I discussed the car I wanted, the color, the options, and within a couple of minutes the deal was done. He understood I was serious buyer (not wasting his time) and he wanted my business. I came in a few days later, because I was out of town at the time and the car was waiting for me when I arrived. I may have spent an hour total at the dealership before pulling off the lot in my new 2016 Sonata. More
