I have been there numerous times to have my previous car serviced and an oil change o Need a better service/maintenance department and expanded hours. I have been there numerous times to have my previous car serviced and an oil change often took between 2-4 hours and that's with an appointment. I finally ended up taking my car elsewhere to have service done cause I didn't enjoy spending my time off sitting on a couch at a dealership. My new vehicle comes with valet service (however, not thrilled about allowing somebody else to drive my baby) and complimentary 3 year/36,000 mile maintenance service, however, nobody at the dealership was able to provide me details on exactly how this perk works. I'm still waiting......three weeks after my purchase. Hope they figure it out before my first oil change is due. More

My purchasing experience The manager tried to push me to buy a car on the lot with lesser features instead of working harder to find the car I wanted even after I already told The manager tried to push me to buy a car on the lot with lesser features instead of working harder to find the car I wanted even after I already told my salesman that I didn't want that. After 2 1/2 hours at the dealership I left without purchasing anything. Got a call 45minutes later saying they were able to get the vehicle I initially wanted and then spent at least another hour at the dealer waiting to sign papers. I misunderstood what I was signing when I signed for Gap and extended warranty. I was not asked if I wanted this. I knew the car came with a warranty and thought I was signing that. I later went back and cancelled both, but of course was still stuck with the higher financed amount. I More
