Service department did one heckuva bait and switch job on me. I purchased a part from them ($89) and was told by parts employee that they would include installation as well at no extra cost. When the part arrived two days later, I was told by the service guy that it would be $84.50 to install. When we both went over to the clerk who sold me the part, he denied saying that there wouldn't be any charge. In fact, he made up a story that he had only said for me to check with service department for a price. Not in a position to install it myself, I went ahead and paid the excess amount. And they brag about honesty on one of their signs entering the department. These guys are xxxxx. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to do business with them. More

They do not sell their pre-owned vehicles for the price they are advertised. They would not sell us the vehicle unless we paid an additional $1,000 fee for anti-theft device that we didn't want. Before we drove 1.5 hours to the dealership we called and spoke with Amaira to make sure the price was the price listed on their website and on Carfax and were assured that if any add-ons were offered we could just turn them down. This dealership is dishonest and if I could give them 0 stars I would. Total waist of our time. Edit: Management called and explained the misunderstanding and they were willing to sell the vehicle to us at the price listed. More
