Great service department in the HD Went in for an oil change a few days ago and I was surprised by the quality of the customer service. I recently moved to the HD and quite frankly I wa Went in for an oil change a few days ago and I was surprised by the quality of the customer service. I recently moved to the HD and quite frankly I wasn't expecting much from the service department at a busy dealership. But a young man (Ramon) in the service department took care of me well! Of course he named a hundred things that my car "needed" but he explained everything in detail! I ended up with more than just an oil changed as suggested. Prices were nothing out of this world and they even had a fresh fruits for the waiting customers. Will come back to see Ramon again! Thank you Ramon! More
