The moment I drove onto the lot, the salesman was walking out the door, I said I had been in contact with a particular person and was told that person The moment I drove onto the lot, the salesman was walking out the door, I said I had been in contact with a particular person and was told that person was busy so I agreed to the salesman that walked out to greet me. He was generally knowledgeable about the car and the features. I test drove a normal engine and a Hybrid because I wanted to see the comparison in power and control between the 2. The test drives consisted of driving around a 10-16 city block area of less than 5 miles. I had already decided to buy a car and pretty much made a decision about the car but it took over 2 hours to figure out what colors were available that met our liking. Most of the other paperwork went smoothly after they located a car in a color we would accept. The car had to be delivered to the dealership and we were given a suitable loner car while we waited for the car to arrive. We were told when the car arrived it would be given a paint protection treatment, which I really was not interested in and did not want to pay for but was told it was the dealership policy. We were told we would be contacted after the treatment was applied so there would be no reason to bring the car back. We were contacted 2 days after the purchase at approximately 630pm saying the car was ready so we arranged to go in the following day to pick up the car. We arrived at the dealership and the car was freshly fueled, washed and ready for pick up. The dealer showed my wife how to operate the new features while I finalized the transaction paperwork and she was satisfied. That evening we were called and asked to return to the dealer because they had not given us the right paperwork to carry in the car in the event of an accident or traffic stop. I drove back to the dealership and got the paperwork. I contacted Bluelink to set up the system for my wife's phone and email link and was told that the dealership had not transferred the car to my name yet and we had to wait for them to do this clerical work before we could sign into the program. Yesterday, a week after pickup of the vehicle I was contacted to schedule an appointment to bring the car in to have the paint protectant applied. We had been assured during the initial visit this would be done after the car arrived at the dealership before we were given the car. Now we have to make another trip to the dealer, and we were told it will be an all day process, they will need the car left there and will not provide a loaner car during the time we are waiting. More

I knew what I wanted and the staff made it possible. Even after the sale they called to see how things were going. Warranty is great on the Hyundai ioniq it is a fun car as well as energy efficient. They are making sure that the car is taken care of even before the first maintenance is required. They want to check the car after two weeks to make sure everything is going great. Nate took his time also to explain everything on the car and even explain things over until I understood. I could not be happier with everything and the process of buying a new vehicle.
