The move to charge costumers 3% for using a credit card was a surprise. The bigger surprise was that the 3% is AUTOMATICALLY added to the bill so I needed to ask to have it removed!!! was a surprise. I have purchased over 25 new vehicles over the last six years from many of dealerships across this country. !00% satisfied on all 25 vehicles. this Vic Canever CAN NOT EVER ask for another sale years from many of dealerships across this country. !00% satisfied on all 25 vehicles. this Vic Canever CAN NOT EVER ask for another sale from me. it was a horrible Experience buying from these guys. I took a flight in to pick up a new truck ,I waited around there dealership about three hours asking them to plz speed this process up as I have a three hour plus drive home. The selling price and appointment was all set up days in advance. So So many things went wrong with this transaction. please do yourself a favor and never say canever- this is a can't ever Dealership. I ask if I trailered this truck back up to canever to return this truck and pick up a different truck that I drove for three hours and had a total 225 miles on it. would this be possible, He said No way a Deal is a deal, after Ten minutes on the phone with the Gm and him giving me every excuse he could come up w and I'm shooting them down, , He said, sure bring it back up. I loaded it up and was heading in that direction to trade it in . he called and said No go, He had a change of heart after I drove one hour.( Bring it- No don't bring it) . I am putting a list of other complaints together from other unhappy customers that I've located and I'll be posting along w my issue w the Gm ( Mark Stevens ) Business manager - Mark Tolbert. really--- Only 200 miles and under 24 hours and you would not let me return it for another more expensive truck. Second time I had Liz miller from the service desk I been going there for over 10years 2time I come in for my oil change she is very very rude speaking to me not friendly and I should ask for the manager I w going there for over 10years 2time I come in for my oil change she is very very rude speaking to me not friendly and I should ask for the manager I will go there again because they been service my car for long time I will refuse to have her service me and ask request for some one else in my next appointment I'm not ashamed to write here and go back I don't know who she thinks she is !!!not friendly also I had a recall last 3years it was approved from gm recall l think it was last year gm approved a new par computer control module my speakers and traction control works fine before after it's not working anymore and still the problem was not resolve they say it's something else no it's not I talkt to gm center for recall I want this issue fixed More

Poor Parts Department Customer Service I ordered a part for my Chevy vehicle through this dealership. The hardware I received was inadequate for the instillation. Additionally, the direct I ordered a part for my Chevy vehicle through this dealership. The hardware I received was inadequate for the instillation. Additionally, the directs were missing steps and some instructions where backwards. When I brought this to their attention they gave me parts assistance number. I asked them if had any interest of investigating this or helping resolve the issue they said they are just a pass through provider of the part and don't offer assistance. When I call the number they gave me the gentleman from GM told me they have a dealer tech line they can call and should have called. Very lazy and poor service. Pushing their job off to the customer. This was just a simple vehicle part so can't imagine going there again for anything. More

Worst vehicle ever purcased Purchased a 2008 Dodge Caliber from Scott Tell in Fenton. Within 75 miles we were having problems with the transmission. Called Scott and his response Purchased a 2008 Dodge Caliber from Scott Tell in Fenton. Within 75 miles we were having problems with the transmission. Called Scott and his response was turn the car off and back on. We have now had the vehicle about a month and it is in the transmission shop awaiting a new transmission at my expense.I will never buy from or recommend Vic Canever to anyone. More

1st scheduled maintenance I dropped my truck off at appointed time and returned a few hours later. My truck was done including a wash. Very convenient .
