worst service ever. would give negative stars if I could Took my car in to get Trans work done. When i got it back It started making GRINDING noises that wasn't there before. Took it back and wanted to know Took my car in to get Trans work done. When i got it back It started making GRINDING noises that wasn't there before. Took it back and wanted to know what it was, they called and made up a story about how it was sloshing noise from the Trans fluid. Went to go drive it with Steve Clement the "service manger", heard the grinding noise right out of the parking lot. 6 weeks later we go in there to get an update because we got no phone call. Was told that the Trans technician was backed up so we waited patiently. We had been told it was done for 4 weeks. Got told by the writer that they drained some Trans fluid out. They couldn't find my keys or the repair order. Once they found the keys we test drove it and noise was gone, got told to talk to Steve Clement "the service manger". He didn't know what was going on, told us it was nothing that they did and there's nothing they could do it just makes that noise when you accelerate harder. Then told us it wasn't on them to call us when the car was ready. Told us to have a nice day and walked away. We have a gm car and a gm truck that I need work done on, but why would we go back. Found out Steve Clement is not the manager but an assistant. More

We were in the market for a used car, we stopped up to Vic Canever to take a look and we were greeted by Mike. He was very friendly and we discussed a trade in and the vehicle we were looking at getting. Vic Canever to take a look and we were greeted by Mike. He was very friendly and we discussed a trade in and the vehicle we were looking at getting. It was late so we came back the next day. We came in and from the beginning he was extremely friendly, honest and helpful. He fought to get us the best deal not only for our trade but for the car we were purchasing. The purchase was easy and we actually had a good time conversing with Mike during the waiting periods. We bought the car and after we left my husband and I couldn't stop talking about the amazing experience we had. We will be recommending Mike to anyone who asks and when we need a car in the future we will definitely be asking for him! Thank you so much! More

I was an 11/2 from home and my car needed to be serviced. I left my car at Vic Canever on a Sunday and had to rent a car. When I called I spoke with Chris who told me it would be early afternoon before the I left my car at Vic Canever on a Sunday and had to rent a car. When I called I spoke with Chris who told me it would be early afternoon before they could get my car in to be evaluated. Less then an hour later, I received a call from him that they had diagnosed the problem and would get it fixed ASAP. He also went above and beyond in helping me get my rental car returned. If I lived closer, I would definitely use their service department on a regular basis. Thank you! More
