Just bought a car from Sean. He was a very good salesman and very good on his followup. He was nice and genuinely pleasant to work with. I went in last week to get my alternator replaced on my 99 cougar. Overall the expierence was very good. The sales staff is really chatty and the service clerk is constantly checking on the status of vehic 99 cougar. Overall the expierence was very good. This is one of the better dealership service departments in the area. They were generally concerned with the problem the vehicle was having. When I got the car back, it was like having a new car the way the technician handled and fixed the problem. Aswell, i noticed he did a few extra things to it which I appreciate. I got the vehicle back cleaner than i gave it. That said, The only thing keeping me from rating a full 5 stars is the cost. The cost to do this work was extremely steep and I felt it was a bit high. They need to work on that. I understand the uniqueness of the vehicle, but 100$ diagnosis fee is a little silly. Best of luck. More
