Hello Mr. Pena, thank you for taking the time to respond to my review on dealerrater.com. As you may have read, I have been put through a considerable amount of circumvention trying to get assistance with my problem. I am willing to accept the fact that the prior damage to my car may have simply been overlooked by your sales team, and I acknowledge the fact that I have driven this vehicle for seven months. The fact remains that the vehicle had some damage done to it prior to being sold to me, and that damage is caused me to feel the car is not safe nor is it of the quality I expected when purchasing a new vehicle. I am asking that you buy the vehicle back, and sell me the vehicle I intended to buy from the beginning. As I stated earlier, since I've driven the vehicle for seven months, I will pay for the miles I drove. I will also pay the fees associated with registering the new vehicle. Does this sound like a reasonable offer?
