Grif made excellent suggestions on the extras they needed/not needed according to their needs. Zack went out of his way to find any additional discounts they could qualify for, as well as taking time to demonstrate the sync system, programing his cell to it, and adding my phone number. We love the new features on the Focus, especially the auto call/GPS to 911 after an accident. I really appreciate having a dealership I can trust to deal with and give the best price without any haggling. <3 More

Adam was great to work with. Our finance manager, David Griffith had our paper work all ready for us so it was quick and easy. Bill Smallwood gave us a full and detailed run down of our vehicle before we left the lot. It was the best, easiest vehicle purchase we have ever had.
