Would not repair anything My salesmen Sean was very nice and listened to everything I needed. I got the price I wanted for my truck. I Was told that if anything didn't work the My salesmen Sean was very nice and listened to everything I needed. I got the price I wanted for my truck. I Was told that if anything didn't work they would work with me to make it right. I found a GPS unit that didn't work, DVD player not working and a missing a.c. vent on the dash and it only had 1 key. The truck Was in desperate need of a tune up and needed hoses replaced due to dry rot. I called the very next day and they would not fix anything. I paid 11k for a truck worth only 7 tops. But I was in need of a vehicle that day. More

Excellent service. I took my Ford Escape in for “the works” oil change service and in addition I asked if they could re-attach my radio antenna. The original had been br I took my Ford Escape in for “the works” oil change service and in addition I asked if they could re-attach my radio antenna. The original had been broken off leaving only the base in the receptacle. The technicians went above and beyond attempting to remove the old base so the new one could be attached. They weren’t able to without removing the entire receptacle, but I really appreciated their efforts to help me! Very courteous staff and technicians! More

What a runaround Everyone seemed nice. Sean was kind and personable. Clean and comfortable lobby. But a tedious and frustrating experience overall.... I test drove a Everyone seemed nice. Sean was kind and personable. Clean and comfortable lobby. But a tedious and frustrating experience overall.... I test drove a used Porsche. Then I came back (a 20 mile trip each way) in 3 weeks and made a cash offer (contingent on an independent shop checking it over.) I showed them the check. Sales guy went to the GM who said "price is firm, can't go any lower." I walked. 2 days later I got a call that the GM would take my offer. I said I wanted it checked out with an independent shop. Fine, they said, tell us which one. I researched, gave them the name, and got a call back: "GM says we can't bring car to the shop until we have all paperwork filled out and earnest money." Another trip. I told them at 2 pm the shop was open until 4, but they didn't get the car there until 5. Spent 3 hours at Veterans, wrote the check for the full amount to avoid another trip, then their finance agency wouldn't accept the check (but they wouldn't say why.) Even after having my bank call and tell them there was another $16k in the account beyond the value of the check. I attempted a wire transfer but by this time it was 5 pm Friday and their account manager was gone for the weekend. I went to my bank Saturday and got a cashier's check to bring to them (another trip) Monday. They wouldn't let me take the car from the shop until they had the check, so I had to arrange rides to two places. When I got the check there at 9:15 Monday, my account guy and my salesman were not in. I had to explain it all to another account guy. They wanted me to wait for my salesman and I said No, we're done. When I got to the shop to pick up the car, it was dusty and it was on fumes - the FIRST thing I did was put some gas in it so I could drive to lunch. More
