Service advisor Susan was wonderful. Overall a great experience until I went to pay a 2000$ invoice and was told of a 3% service charge for using a credit card. It's bad enough to pay $9. 49 "misc charges", shop fees I guess, but they charge another $4.99 "document and storage fee". These are added to a simple oil change.
