I’ve made three payments and also put down a down payment. I’ve kept insurance on the car. I’ve lost thousands of dollars not having the car in my fleet. I hear week after week I’ll have an answer by Friday. I spoke with Lorenzo Peña after several texts and phone calls to all involved. Going on month 4 and still no car. No compensation. No apologies. Nothing. Just waiting on Friday once again to have no feed back. No car. No compensation. Nothing. I hope to have this review edited with some type of compensation. As a business owner myself if my clients are not happy I would go above and beyond to change the situation. There are many areas and web sites to write a review. I hope the owner will step up to the plate and correct this situation to edit my future reviews ! Kim M More
I bought a nice car from Veterans last year but the service they offer is terrible. I went to have a tire replaced because I purchased road hazard and the best warranty package they had. When I took my service they offer is terrible. I went to have a tire replaced because I purchased road hazard and the best warranty package they had. When I took my car in,, I told the service advisor, I had plugged the tire in the side wall and it needed to be replaced. I ubered home because they said it woukd take 5 hours. Had a family member drop me off to get my car several hours later and It was returned to me with a patch in the side wall and the existing plug I had put in it. So, had to argue with svc department before they admitted my tire should've been replaced. When I got my car back with the new didn't even have a valve stem cover. My cars a 2020 Explorer limited. It was there for 2 days for the tire and It has 2 recalls, one for safety. Noone even mentioned it. I wasted a ton of money buying the warranty and lost an entire day of work. Veterans ford service department is not worth your time and effort. The service departments disregard for its customers safety is inacceptable and the tremendous effort the GM and Sales Manager put into resolving my issue was met by a group of service people that simply do nor care. :-( They had me go to uhaul for a hitch scheduled by ford and then said I had to go after uhaul for damage caused to my car but the paperwork was under their name. There has been no attempt to compensate me properly. More
This is the third Ford dealership I have had experience with and was by far the best. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and helpful, they didn't hide any of the fees and were straight forward with t with and was by far the best. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and helpful, they didn't hide any of the fees and were straight forward with the price the quoted(actually wound up being a little cheaper than their initial quote!) And helped me out with getting an explorer for my family. This was also while I was juggling 3 kids under 5 with a stroller. All in all great experience and I would definitely recommend them. More
Lorenzo, Mark, and Sean went over and above helping me with the order of a new Bronco. They were all very knowledgeable. I had a great experience. I'd advise no one to purchase a vehicle here. My experience has been horrible from beginning to never ending. I live three hours away and have traveled back here to Tampa to try and have them fix s experience has been horrible from beginning to never ending. I live three hours away and have traveled back here to Tampa to try and have them fix something that could have been fixed in my city, something that was told before I purchased that the car was fixed. Honestly they reset the settings on the dash and told me it was fixed. I repeatedly asked for weeks if something was wrong with the vehicle before purchase and in text messages, in phone calls, in voicemail and all stated nothing is wrong with the car. Come to find out something is 100% wrong with the car. Then I called after purchase they stated they'd take the car back and close the deal when I had already gotten rid of my truck. Then was told they underpriced the car which was a mistake on their part and I should basically be grateful that I got the car for the price I did. I was lied to, manipulated, and the service people were rude. This car should have never been sold. I like the car I just want what I paid for, a working vehicle They didn't even give me the opportunity to say no, only after I picked of this broken vehicle and drove it back to my city. Then was suggested I buy a car where I live after returning it to them, they'd tow it back and put it up for auction. See that there is already crazy in itself. So yea tow the only vehicle I have to get around🤔and instead just auction a care you illegally sold me. The car wasn't inspected correctly, wasn't fixed , was nit looked at before they sold it to me, just wanted to get rid of a car. I was even blamed me for turning down a warranty as if it were my fault. Then most warranties don't even cover emissions. I'm tired truly, completely disgusted with how this situation is handled. Never received phone calls back had to constantly call, left messages, then they had my salesperson call me when her job was done with me how cowardly. I didnt need to speak to her at all. These people don't deserve your honest hard earned dollars. I have never had this much trouble after purchasing a car with anyone. Taking advantage of people always comes back to you....ALWAYS!!!!! When I tell someone I'm coming on a specific day, at least give the courtesy to record it especially traveling in a tsunami for three hrs to get here, arrived and no one knew I was coming, the manager or Ken whoever he was ,in service didn't remember anything about my vehicle or the numerous times we sent the diagnostic from Honda. Honestly they could have just let me get my car fixed where I live and I would have went on with my life. Sitting here for hours with not even one courtesy update. When people write reviews it's for a.reason listen to them,,, DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! So four later update: they once again threw it in my face that they honored an internet price which is not my fault, why is that even a factor they could have told me no to internet price and raised it back up and they sold me a faulty car and said wasn't which is illegal. They said they fixed it but lights come a day later. So they have me sitting here for hours only to tell me they're not paying to fix it unless I pay out of pocket but was told before I drove here that they were willing to fix it. I have been patient this entire time my patience has completely ran out, so the service guy brings hector over to drive me back to my broken xxx car and states no one told me they'd fix it, and I was all set to go. Fine no issue goodbye, so because my phone automatically records every single phone call and message I've received I have it on record if I brought my car down they'd fix it they just didn't want to send a check he asked to listen to the recording, I'd never let them hear that only in court because I stated on the call I'm working bat working "recording" so was told . So the guy he left when I'm ready to go , comes back states they'll pay to fix what's not wrong with the car because right before him Kay the sales person they kept sending over for no reason, said all kinds of things are wrong and blamed me for not returning the car as if I had that option. And honestly if coils n plugs was only wrong I would have just fixed it without contacting them, however that's not what's wrong, the fuel injectors were tested which was given to them. These people I swear, absolutely none of this is my fault I had to end up calling my lawyer who advised me what to do next. Because whether people believe it or not, black people are educated like myself, I didn't spend 10 years in criminal law school for this to fly by and yes I have a lawyer I've had for years. So.. avoid this dealership, read reviews. THIS is what happens at tiny car lots.. However granted not everyone was rude, this situation was extremely unprofessional on their end. So next day update: not fixed, same issues obviously it's what was diagnosed from the beginning... they also told me for weeks they had a Honda dealership that they were working with and had sent the car too but turns out it was not a Honda dealership, it was just another body shop that basically did an AutoZone read. I actually took my car to a Honda dealership who diagnosed the problem so guess what all the dash lights are back on because the car is not fixed, in which Honda said if the coils and plugs were changed anyway the dashes but come back on because it's the fuel injectors in which I try to tell the people at veterans Ford and guess what the Honda dealership that I took the car to was 100% right because the dash lights came back on I took it back to my Honda, same read, so what my lawyer advised me to do is reach out one last time and only one time and let them know basically I'm ready for court, which we were. Only then was I able to get a quick response which hasn't happened since I had the vehicle. I was advised not to respond to whatever they sent. They ended up sending a chk to Honda after all of everything that could have been avoided. So at the end of the day they should have never sold this car if they didn't know what was wrong. If buying this car and this condition as is and knowing about the car issues would have been completely on me but buying this car after being told that everything in this car was fixed several times and there was nothing wrong with this car that's completely on them because they sold it to me knowing that this car was not fixed because they were unable problem so they reset the settings and so this car that is illegal. ANYWAY I ADVISE EVERYONE GET A FAMILY LAWYER. Just in case you have problems like this, don't let people do you dirty. So .....just smh at this entire situation, this could have been so easy. More

I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with this dealership. I bought a truck from them and the whole process felt very rushed. They told me that the truck would be in good working condition when I dealership. I bought a truck from them and the whole process felt very rushed. They told me that the truck would be in good working condition when I bought it and I believe them. Driving home I noticed a crack in the windshield and the truck vibrated a lot. After taking it to my mechanic he informed me that there was nails in three of the tires. When I brought it to the dealerships attention I was pretty much called a liar and said the truck would never leave the dealership that way. I am probably the most honest person you’ll ever meet. They are very dishonest and shady. Beware! More
So the Director of sales just calls me, very argumentative, "I was calling to educate you", read the window sticker and hangs up on me. Stay away customers, they are plenty of Ford dealerships argumentative, "I was calling to educate you", read the window sticker and hangs up on me. Stay away customers, they are plenty of Ford dealerships in the area. Hope he is not also the trainer. More
