Pushy Paperwork They really hustle you through paperwork; both times I had to return the following day - lease then sale of same car - to correct. When I first lease They really hustle you through paperwork; both times I had to return the following day - lease then sale of same car - to correct. When I first leased, I came in carrying license plate from my totaled car in order to transfer plate. They requested new plate instead and told me it didn't matter as it was leased car. Upon purchase, I was forced to pay new car impact fees. I was furious...but was told "someone was just too lazy to fix it" at time of lease. I am not happy with that explanation nor expense. More

I was there less than an hour and the price was competitive with no installation charge. And to my surprise there was $20 rebate from Ford. I was pleasantly surprised. More
