Started by a listing on the internet, ended with being very satisfied customer and wishing more dealers were like this one. Caught a car that was just listed, I have been looking for over 6 months to find very satisfied customer and wishing more dealers were like this one. Caught a car that was just listed, I have been looking for over 6 months to find that "Unicorn" of a deal and there is was! I emailed them and Blake called me within the hour! I asked a lot of questions and he had most of the answers, the ones he did not the answer for were answered by Blake within about 30 minutes when he called back. I put money down over the phone, flew there with my wife 3 days later and we drove home after signing. Both my wife and I are "car people" and we both said this was the best auto dealer transaction we have ever had. My disclaimer is while I was in Europe I purchased a Volvo through the military program and I took a trip to the factory/headquarters for Volvo. That was not a trip to a dealer so I do not count that one. Just a great overall experience and we were treated like people and not a number to add to the score sheet like most dealerships I have dealt with.
