Most concerning, however, was their egregious lack of honesty regarding a refundable deposit of $200 I remitted in association with a Toyota Lexus on the 15th of September. Upon learning that my loan application for the intended vehicle had not been approved, I promptly informed the dealership of my predicament on September 19th, during the subsequent weekend. I conveyed my inability to proceed with the purchase due to the loan status and requested the $200 refund, which was initially communicated as refundable. The dealership owner, "Amir," responded in a highly condescending manner and abruptly terminated our communication. Subsequent attempts to follow up led to reluctant agreement on his part to refund the $200. However, this was followed by a daily procession of assurances regarding the refund. Each time I initiated contact for the refund, a new excuse was proffered, ranging from the absence of his financial controller to his owner handling Zelle transfers. Amir's discourtesy further manifested in his audacious remark that $200 was an amount he typically spent on breakfast each day, insinuating that he would rather consider it a charitable donation than honor the agreed refund. When I pressed him for a clear indication of his intention to refund or not, warning of sharing my experience on various social media platforms, he dismissed it as a trivial matter, referring to such occurrences as routine in his dealings. Notably, on the day of the transaction, September 15th, when I attempted to transfer the $200 through my Costco-Citibank Card at his office, the transaction was flagged as suspicious, suggesting potential fraudulent activity associated with this business. Consequently, I resorted to an alternative debit card for payment. The pieces are now falling into place, shedding light on the reasons behind this incident. Amir, I implore you to treat your customers with respect and refrain from exhibiting such high-handed behavior towards those who place their trust in your enterprise, traveling considerable distances to explore what your establishment has to offer. Should such behavior epitomize the core values of your business transactions, and if my $200 lends you a sense of empowerment, I am willing to contribute this sum as an act of charity towards your business. However, I am resolute in my determination to disseminate this feedback across every conceivable social media platform, ensuring others are spared similar distressing encounters. More

Venture Motor Cars and Amir Kopman are the biggest crooks around. In the process of working with an attorney and filing BBB and AG charges. Have all texts and documentation stating this. 4x we were told that the checks were in the mail with Fed ex and tracking showed they were arriving by 4:30 pm. Amazingly, for 4 weeks no checks ever arrived, and no tracking number provided but each week we were told again they were sent. How interesting. What happened to all the checks that were “sent”? Amir lies through his teeth with no shame….it’s pathological. Again, last Friday he said he sent the money and it may not be there until Monday. Still no money. The car was supposed to come with a 4000 mile power train warranty, had it in a contract. The warranty company wouldn’t honor the warranty…:why? Because Venture motors NEVER PAID THE WARRANTY COMPANY. THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS THAT SELL JUNK CARS AND DONT STAND BY THE GUARANTY. “Guaranteed to pass inspection” they said and when it didn’t they’ve done nothing. Complete CRIMINALS. We have all screen shots of the lies. If you want to take your hard earned money and burn it, buy a car from venture motors. If working with crooks, thieves and liars is your cup of tea, buy from VENTURE MOTORS. If you want to do business with people who have no class, no ethics, no morals, and are pathological liars, but from venture motors. These people are disgusting. I hope they get exactly what they deserve and we will do everything we are legally capable of to ensure they do. More

Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, they refused to honor our agreement and instead chose to prioritize their own profits over their customers. This level of dishonesty and lack of integrity is unacceptable and I strongly advise anyone against doing business with Venture Motorcars or Amir. Don't waste your time with a company that doesn't value their customers or their contractual obligations. More

They had their mechanic check it out, sending us pictures of him looking at it to make us more comfortable. Mechanic said it checked out great. Haven't drove the car except home that night and then woke up next morning to a puddle of fluids underneath. We took it to a reputable shop. They said it was poorly fixed with major parts jb welded. And it should not be driven. Also they sold us a warranty that won't cover any cost of getting it fixed because of the crap that's been done to it. Please stay away from this place! More

Do not purchase a car from this dealership. I waited to write my review hoping Amir would keep his promise. That did not happen. When it didn’t come off the next day, we called him and he promised to have it taken care of at the nearest BMW service center. Amir is yet to take care of it. He ignores our calls and our texts. He had no problem taking our money though. He is a terrible business person and I would recommend that if you want to do business with someone who is honest, stay away from Amir and Venture. More
