I scheduled a $25. 00 tire rotation with my engine oil and filter change. Before leaving, I questioned if all four tires had been rotated. I didn't think so. I was then 00 tire rotation with my engine oil and filter change. Before leaving, I questioned if all four tires had been rotated. I didn't think so. I was then told only the tires on the right side had been rotated. I was told the tires on the left side did not warrant a rotation because the treadwear didn't require it. This policy must be something new. Never in my life have I paid for a full rotation and only got half that. I was never told before the work was done that this was your way of doing it. If I hadn't questioned the work, I would have left thinking all four tires had been rotated. Also, after 4 days and having driven 300 miles oil was still dripping on the garage floor under the filter and drain plug area. After a satisfactory first service visit, this one was very disappointing. More
