Sales people need to be trained to provide customer service. Knowledge was missing and the whole experience was frustrating. They were not staffed well-one person trying to do multiple tasks which slow service. Knowledge was missing and the whole experience was frustrating. When one has an appointment set up to purchase a vehicle you expect the sales people to be ready. This review document needs to be updated too! I did not purchase a Ford from them.
