Sliding Door Vehiclle: 2012 Chrysler T&C Problem: Sliding doors would not open or close in "Commanded mode". Solution: With Terry's help, it was determined th Vehiclle: 2012 Chrysler T&C Problem: Sliding doors would not open or close in "Commanded mode". Solution: With Terry's help, it was determined that the problem was in the CAN bus. The Technician then started a very specific path to isolate the cause. He had to disconnect internal cabling on the doors. He located a bent pin within one of the cable connectors and made repairs which enabled the CAN bus, This allowed the door modules to respond.. The Technician deserves praise for his knowledge of how the system works and applying that skill to the solution of my sliding door problem! I had other service work performed because I saw how carefully the mechanics and technicians worked. S/Harold Levy More
