Unreputable dealership Certified pre owned issue after issue. Tried calling service manager to go over vehicle problems. After an hour of straight calling and only being bro Certified pre owned issue after issue. Tried calling service manager to go over vehicle problems. After an hour of straight calling and only being brought back to receptionist, Drove there to have a face to face conversation to see what can be done. I felt as if I was just being pushed off. And was told straight up I rarely answer my phone. After finally reading code told me part would be ordered and he would give ME a CALL and if I dont hear from him in 4-5 days to CALL HIM.i asked for an appointment and was denied. He Didn't want to have to do a rescheduel if part didn't show. So were are on day 4 and no call no apt, NOTHING. Cant call him he "rarely answers his phone". So now I have to loose a day of work to drive back there and find out what is going on!!!! Joke!!!! Thought we go through a REPUTABLE dealership to have peice of mind with purchase and ease with issues. To me same as used car lot. More

New radio fitted Terry was great. My old radio stopped talking to both bluetooth and the USB. Terry found me a refurbished unit for a lot less than a new one. So far i Terry was great. It is very hard to get the touch screen to respond but I'm hoping it will loosen up with use. Great staff and atmosphere in the service office. I never mind having to come in. Sliding Door Vehiclle: 2012 Chrysler T&C Problem: Sliding doors would not open or close in "Commanded mode". Solution: With Terry's help, it was determined th Vehiclle: 2012 Chrysler T&C Problem: Sliding doors would not open or close in "Commanded mode". Solution: With Terry's help, it was determined that the problem was in the CAN bus. The Technician then started a very specific path to isolate the cause. He had to disconnect internal cabling on the doors. He located a bent pin within one of the cable connectors and made repairs which enabled the CAN bus, This allowed the door modules to respond.. The Technician deserves praise for his knowledge of how the system works and applying that skill to the solution of my sliding door problem! I had other service work performed because I saw how carefully the mechanics and technicians worked. S/Harold Levy More
