My mother drove into this dealership in a 2008 Honda Civic with a Blue Book value of $3k. They sold her a 2011 Buick La Crosse with a Blue Book value of $4k for $9.5k and gave her financing at the rate Civic with a Blue Book value of $3k. She is going to pay a total of $16.9k for a car valued at no more than 1k more than her original car. Unfortunately, my mother is not capable of making financial decisions for herself as she is unwell, plus she lives on social security and can not afford the payments. It should have been clear that she is unequipped to make sound financial decisions, and even clearer that she can't afford the car. Yet when I calmly called the dealership to sort this out, I was yelled at and hung up on. It had been less than a week since the purchase. Please avoid this predatory dealership AT ALL COSTS. More
