I just want to thank Vatland CDJR for a wonderful car buying experience. For a car buying experience, Vatland has a wonderful crew and system. Their crew actually care about you and are not forcing y buying experience. For a car buying experience, Vatland has a wonderful crew and system. Their crew actually care about you and are not forcing you to buy a car that you don’t need, but help you buy a car that you actually want and will be very happy with. After coming from different dealers and not being very happy with them, I approached Vatland with the same attitude. But that quickly changed when Cory and Marco approached me very relaxed and welcoming. They introduced themselves, asked me what I was looking for after they had asked me how could they help me. Originally the car model that I wanted was a little over my price budget, but the guys helped me out and found that car that I wanted and was completely happy with. After I had filled out the paperwork, they had vacuum and washed the car and it was ready to go. I know that it may be part of the deal to wash the car, but in my humble opinion I think it is an extra step in customer care. The reason I say this, it is because there is someone, another employee that is responsible of taking care of the car and making it clean, and for that I thank them. Thank you to the crew or the person that cleaned and got our car ready. “Thank you” I would highly recommend Vatland, they really truly care about their customers.
