I am giving a middle rating for the following reasons. I have been using Vatland's Express Lane for several years and have noticed a marked decline in the service time. You lost one of the best service I have been using Vatland's Express Lane for several years and have noticed a marked decline in the service time. You lost one of the best service providers in the county when Robyn Pauley left. She was extremely personable and had the Express Lane moving quickly. Then you lost Jeremy who also kept everything moving. On average with Robyn or Jermy, I waited 45 minutes to an hour. The first time I went in after Jeremy left, it took nearly 2 hours. Yesterday, it took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that they only had one person working. Not a very positive excuse. Sorry for this report, but I felt it necessary for management to fix the problem. I had to put Jersey's name down, but he had just returned with his lunch, so I am not dinging him. More
