DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! This dealership sold me a lemon even though the vehicle was CERTIFIED USED , and lied to me twice, resulting in me wasting hours of my time and left m This dealership sold me a lemon even though the vehicle was CERTIFIED USED , and lied to me twice, resulting in me wasting hours of my time and left me with the same lemon car that I originally bought. They certified my car even though there were things wrong with it. The first time something went wrong, within a month of buying the car, they refused to fix the car for the $50 deductible as they had told me they would, and named some obscure clause that said they didn't have to. The second time something went wrong, I had to take the car to a separate dealership to have my warranty honored properly. Then, when I stated the lemon law, this dealership (Terry specifically) offered to let me trade in my car for a working car, but in the end were LYING about the whole deal and would not let me trade in my car without charging me an extra $3500 and raising my monthly payments. For that cost, I could've had a brand new car. This dealership does not properly certify their cars, they make empty promises and they lie to make sales. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. In fact, I now go to Onion Creek Volkswagen for all maintenance because they actually stand by their warranties there. More

Friends had recommend that I give Charles Maund VW a try as I was in the market of looking for a new CC or Passat and they were close to my work. The experience at the initial meet was great but I classify that as customer service. Later I received a call from the sales person who I will not name stating that my vehicle had been in an accident as mentioned on Carfax and I have a lot of miles (86,000) and that my price would be (blah) to be in a Passat. Well, that was a slap in the face and so what if the car has been in an accident (many could not tell it had been as my family has a business in body repairs overseas) and...is that the best you can do on the price of a Passat?? Pfft...blew them off and walked right back to my VW dealership in Georgetown and they made it all happen in my price range, brand new Passat and I was treated as a customer for life not just a sale. Thank you for the treatment of a statistic as you lost a sale. More

I knew which car I wanted and I called everywhere trying to find it. Not only did they have a great vehicle selection they also gave me the price that I wanted on my new car and gave me more for my trade th to find it. Not only did they have a great vehicle selection they also gave me the price that I wanted on my new car and gave me more for my trade than I thought it was worth! I did a 3 year lease and Jason Sackett was my finance manager, he did a great job explaining the benefits of a lease and he was right it was the perfect fit for me! Pedro and Lee the sales managers were great they even played my favorite song for me while I was waiting to get into finance. Dale McConnel the general manager even shook my hand and thanked me. Paul set my first service appointment and the service department was very helpful answering questions I had about my car. I will be back in 3 years when my lease is up!! More

We have fixed a part of real glass under my warranty. It was ok, yet- they made small or dig scratches around the part that they fixed. We just found them and complained it. They,first time, tried to rub with the compound formula to remove all of tiny scratches. But still we could see deep and some scratches remained on the surface. We could not be satisfied !of course! We kept complaining they admitted that it was their fault . So they told me that bring our car again and they would fix that. So we visited next day, however, they took our car the body shop and rubbed harsh more wi the same compound product something. Because we could see and feel obviously the painting got lost in depth, we could not stop this complaint. They suggested that they would paint next time on the part that they couldn't handle it now. But we have to rent a car during 2-3days . I don't have other vehicle and I don't think this is not charged of mine. I can't accept their deal(?). I spoke up aloud I can't trust here VW service, we saw not only my car, there are many cars got scratches after the service, and my car was getting worse after VW touched it. So I want to fix it at other body shop but they said no! And i said I can't pay for renting a car but they said NO! Last, I said then if you paint on the part and if color is different from other body, it's all your responsibility, but they said NO! We gave up the conversation because they never accept any our complaint. It Sucks! I don't want to pay for renting because of all their fault!! We bought the car at the Mercedes Benz store in Austin originally and we went there to request for fixing the inside the door trimming (because VW said they only care inside the car warranty in 1year :/ ) but Benz said, they heard that about the scratches from VW , they were trying to avoid to fix our car. They said they are afraid of getting any possible problem after the service as like VW!!! We bought it from Benz store and it happened in 2weeks. No one wants to be responsible for my car! Benz told me that any time we can ask VW to fix the car under the warranty when they were selling the car! Now look at them both companies! I want to spread this happening to all don't trust and don't waste your money and time at VW here! More
Had a great experience .... although expecting the worse the staff at Charles Maund was great and very helpful. The new Jetta I bought is awesome what a fun car to drive. We went in to just look at the Jetta as I had not made up my mind as to what I wanted yet. I have been shopping for vehicles for over a year and this was such a pleasant experience, and the Jetta had everyt my mind as to what I wanted yet. I have been shopping for vehicles for over a year and this was such a pleasant experience, and the Jetta had everything we where looking for that we went ahead and bought it. I am thrilled with the experience and thrilled with the car. This being my first volkswagon and my first new car. More
Waited 45 mins for help and we were finally assisted by Todd Patton. He must have reached his quota for the month because he was not helpful. The price was not negotiable so we left the dealership and traveled north to Hewlett VW. We were in and out of their dealership in 1.5 hrs, keys in hand. Payments were $98 cheaper per month and the model was an upgrade from the Charles Maund vehicle we were looking at...shop around. Charles Maund will never get our business again. More
