I just recently was hung up on while trying to schedule an appointment for a loaner as soon as possible, since my window switches have gone out and windows are stuck in a down position. Onion Creek immediately gave me an appointment, and I don't feel the need to Charles Maund, or purchase another VW after the diesel golf scandal and now a GTI full of issues. More
