My spouse and I walked in with a specific car in mind that was on the lot. We met with Robert and showed him the vehicle we were interested in. Was very disappointed; service not what it has been in the past. Agreement was to drop off vehicle to diagnose and fix at 7:00 Fri, 5 June. No one there to accept car until 7:20 when owner went into the o the past. Agreement was to drop off vehicle to diagnose and fix at 7:00 Fri, 5 June. No one there to accept car until 7:20 when owner went into the office; no one was there to greet customers. The parts person found the Service advisor who took the keys. Asked if wanted a ride, but said no thanks; would have asked for a loaner if known it would take over the weekend to resolve the issue. Expected a diagnosis same day, but when owner called back three times that day, last one at 4:30pm, found vehicle had not been looked at and probably would not be until Monday. Know Service Dept short folks, but information about status should have been provided at check-in. Number to inform car owner confused and communication went to owner traveling in California, not the person who dropped off the vehicle and left their number. When California member called, voicemail informed that the mailbox was full. We were also told the car had a courtesy rinse, it obviously didn't have one. We will seek another Service Department in the future. More
