We were there on several occasions and Keith came each time to offer suggestions, answer all of our many questions and always with outstanding professionalism. We were never made to feel that we were taking too much of his time -- he just wanted us to be able to find a car that would meet my needs. My rating was based on Keith's patient professionalism, his information sheets telling of the history of the car, making sure we were aware of the closing cost related to the purchase, taking care of all of things pertaining to getting the title, license, etc. for the Honda and all the paper work for my trade in. Also, when the license plates came in, the service center had my new license plates installed in just a few minutes. I apologize that I do not remember the name of the person who did this for me. More
