The GM and all the car salesman that have helped us were so accommodating to my needs and wants. Never pushy always helpful. When I've had my car serviced I've had nothing but good to say. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. More

UPDATE - NO LONGER HAPPY We purchased our car based on the finance rate Vandergriff quoted. What dummies we are. We had contacted the Credit Union and were going to visit 2 We purchased our car based on the finance rate Vandergriff quoted. What dummies we are. We had contacted the Credit Union and were going to visit 2 dealerships before purchasing our car. Vandergriff gets the car down to the point that I am still going to go look at another make of car but an okay offer. Then the Manager steps in. The finance rate of 1.9 sounded pretty good as the rate from the Credit Union was a 2.9. We decided that rate was a great rate and purchased the car at 1.9% for 36 months. What Dummies we WERE! Vandergriff gives you an APR rate. Vandergriff's 1.9% rate for 36 months payment is HIGHER than the Credit Union's or Insurance Company's 2.9% rate for 36 months! We would not have bought Vandergriff's Honda if we had known that the 1.9% rate was Annual and the other lenders 2.9% is not. Yes we were dummies and have now (after one month at Vandergriff's lender's rate of 1.9%) refinanced with our own lender for 2.9% for 36 months. Our payments are LOWER. However, our experience with Vandergriff has ruined my enjoyment of this new car and I will NEVER recommend Vandergriff nor drive another of their cars. In my opinion, all the paperwork is to confuse you into thinking you are really getting a deal, when in fact you aren't. Yes, they are all VERY nice. They are wanting to SELL you a car right then. The advice from this dummy is to use your own financing and when the salesman is going to speak to his manager, just get up and RUN! Also, I notice ALL the bad reviews are last. More

I have never owned a Honda but was recommend to check out Vandergriff Honda. Several relatives, including my own kids, bought their vehicles from Nigel. They are also completely satisfied and pleased with their experience. When we got in the office, he was very attentive to what I was asking for and what I could afford.I was treated like we were friends for year's The man in the finance office worked with me as well. They were even able to send me a refund check after they did some more negotiating. Completely satisfied and would recommend Nigel as the man to see at Vandergriff. .. More

GOT CHEATED AND ROBBED! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND VANDERGRIFF HONDA NOR DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They cheated me off of my 3 days love it or leave it, they said it was only for civ WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND VANDERGRIFF HONDA NOR DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They cheated me off of my 3 days love it or leave it, they said it was only for civics which is BS! Sales guys calls and was rude then just clicked at the end of the conversation, no thank you have a nice day or anything. So now I'm stuck trying to get rid of the car through another honest dealer and they all now know about how Vandergriff does business, by cheating customers! More
