Chris Lapid, my service manager, is always super nice and helps me make the best decision to keep my car operating effectively and efficiently all the time. During my last visit he personally assisted me to replace a burnt out bulb, saving me a 2 hr wait due to a backlog of cars to be serviced. Great service at this dealership. I normally ask for hung, he is an excellent service assessor and help me keep my vehicle in great shape, he explains clearly every service needed and I normally ask for hung, he is an excellent service assessor and help me keep my vehicle in great shape, he explains clearly every service needed and gets it done fast. He checks for possible recall or software updates that i am not aware of and calls to keep me updated. My vehicle gets serviced fast and it is always ready to go at the time it was promised plus I get a free carwash. I trust my vehicle is well taken care of when I bring it to hung. More
