We were offered beverages and then dined at the cafe while our paperwork was prepared. We were told about additional options without feeling pressured into purchasing. We were guided through the interior features which included the blue tooth handsfree connection and memory seating. We absolutely love the Crosstour. It drives very smoothly and has a feeling of luxury comparable to Acura's we have owned in the past without the cost. Our family and friends have been so impressed with our new car and we have raved about the team at Vandergriff. I feel that Vandergriff Honda deserves a great review for the experience that I recieved at the dealership. One of the most impressive parts of the experience was the owner actually spending quality time on the floor to assist in part of the experience. Also, the paperwork, finance guys, and every employee down to the detail guys were very accomadative during our process of purchasing our 2009 Honda Pilot. The Pilot was a great fit for us as well as Vandergriff Honda. They have earned our lifetime business. We will be going back soon to purchase a new second vehicle as soon as our family can swing it.
