We absolutely loved everything about our buying experience at Vandergriff. This was my second purchase from Vandergriff and I received the same excellent service. The salesman was attentive and informative without being pushy. They worked within our budget and did not try to encourage us in any way to go over. When we asked them to work with us on different scenarios, such as lease vs. buy they not only gave us both options but also worked up three different lease options (12,000 miles, 15,000 miles, 18,000). This allowed us to view each choice and really helped in making our decision. During this entire process everyone involved from sales to finance was extremely patient and so very willing to answer any question we had. Our Honda Odessey is such an amazing vehicle! Once the sale was complete and our Odessey was ready the experience was not over. This awesome dealership has employees who help walk you through setting up all the options on your vehicle. Although every vehicle comes with a book there was just something about the extra touch of having someone show you how to work all the options. From setting the stations on my radio to setting up my blue tooth, there was such expertise from each employee. This dealership is not interested in you as a customer. They are only interested in making the sale. Do not ever do what I did and drive the car off the lot without everything set in stone and any accessories promised put on by the service department before delivery. These people do not like to return calls and when they do, they are arrogant and condescending. Deals are not kept. They will tell you anything to make a sale, even lie about the accessories they will add. Research the top bad things dealers do to get you to buy a car and you guessed it, Vandergriff will do all these things. Watch out for the added $$$$ on the sticker price....amazing! I do not consider this an ethical dealership and had the worst buying experience in my life. When searching for financing, I actually was telling someone from a certain finance company the problems I was having with this dealership and he guessed right away that I was talking about Vandergriff Honda. This was before he had any information about me. hmmm, I bet the 5's you see here are mainly employees asked to give reviews to keep the scores high. Just a guess. Nothing would amaze anymore when it comes to this dealership. More

I have found that you can ask questions, test drive vehicles, take time to check with your car insureance agent, get printouts on used vehicles, take sufficient time to make a decision -- all without being pressured or pushed by the staff at this dealership. I have been contacting several dealerships asking about a CR-V and the automatically added accessories. Every other car dealer was very open with me about the price of the car and if that price included the CR-V and the automatically added accessories. When I contacted Vandergriff, Cameron Green avoided giving me any information. He gave me one random price (i have no idea what all it covered). I asked him 3 times what accessories were on the car and if it was included in the price. He avoided it everytime, only focusing on getting me in the door (THIS IS AN INTERNET DEPARTMENT--MOST OF YOUR INTERACTION IS SUPPOSED TO BE ON THE INTERNET!); and finally, the last response I received from him on the matter was "I cannot sell you a car online!" Let's review, the only information I asked of him was if the price included accessories, what accessories were they, and if they could match the financing offer of another dealership. I never asked him to sell me a car online; I only asked for a bit of information before I walked in. I'm not sure about the rest of the Vandergriff team, but Cameron Green has encouraged me to take my business to either Frank Kent or Huggins Honda. More

I am not a big fan of the whole car buying process. However I needed a vehicle and went to Vandergriff Honda to see if they would help me. without all the sales tactics. I was helped by a young man Joshua Ladd who was the gentlemen I needed to make the best decision. Joshua was very helpfull, didnt push, and listned to my needs. If it wasnt for him i would of keept looking. Every thing I needed to make the right choice he provided.I don't buy without knowing all my research, and take my time. Joshua was very patient with me, which made me know I was in good hands. Joshua showed me everything I needed. So I made my mind up the next day that I would be buying a car from him, so I set an appointment. I came in for my appt and was told Joshua was with another customer, so I had another sales person, Sola finish up my purchase. I almost did not buy the Pilot, reason being I did not feal comfortable with the new sales person, but he assured me Joshua was getting credit for the deal because he deserved it. I have been in contact with Joshua since the purchase making sure he would be having several friends of mine being sent to him. If you want a great person who is honest, nice, and not the average sales person see Joshua Ladd at Vandergriff Honda. Have not had a better experience buying a vehicle until now.
