Kevin Bautz was an awesome sales guy, not pushy and understood our need for straight talk with no BS. We went in to talk about trading our faster sports car in for a more family style one. I had been looking for a car for myself for sometime but had not found "the 1". He brought out 2 models for us to choose from, the Civic and the FIT. I immediately fell in love with the FIT! I like the fact that while its a big car it does not have the big car feel, drives great and handles well. I was even more amazed when they were able to finance me and get me the % & payments I wanted when no others were willing to help. Needless to say we ended up walking away that Saturday with 2 brand new cars. We walked into the dealership and were greeted by Ariel. I told him I had found a car on line that I wanted, it was a new 2011 Honda accord coupe. He found the car at the back of the lot. I came to the dealership to get my blown out tire replaced, and it turned out that my car had been knocked out of alignment and my inspection sticker needed to be renewed. So I sought out a salesman to see if I could get my car loan interest rate lowered, so to lower my payments. I ran into the same salesman that had sold me my present HOnda Fit '09, and he ended up making me a deal I couldn't refuse. A bran new Honda Civic 10, better gas mileage, warranties bran new, same packages I previously had with the Fit, (tires, oil changes, etc) plus an automatic rear view mirror with compass, a sunroof, for the same payments as before, plus 1 dollar. I didn't get my payments lowered, but I did come away with a NEW CAR! Felt like I made a good deal, definitely due to the good work of Ariel and Chelsea and the Vandergriff Honda's good guy attitude. More

we are long time customers with vandergriff honda we traded a 2008 fit for a 2010 insight. Jessica was very nice and a good salesperson. George was outstanding.
