Vandergriff Honda

Went to Vandergriff Honda and was greeted by Rick Davis and explained that I was looking for a used car and test drove one. After briefly explaining where I wanted to be monthly payment wise, instead of b and explained that I was looking for a used car and test drove one. Then Rick introduced me directly to Yuni Chon, one of the managers from the New Car Sales. I briefly explained to Yuni what I was looking for and the price range. Yuni took the time to explain the differences between buying the used car and buying the new with the great percentage rates. Yuni was able to show me, not tell me, on paper the actual numbers I was looking at which made my decision very easy. Soon enough Ariel Yepez had several Accords lined-up back to back and I was test driving 2drs, 4drs, 4 cylinders, and V-6's. Needless to say, Ariel was on it! With the great selection available, needless to say my decision was much more difficult but made nevertheless. I was then introduced to Kyler Oakes who provided hassle-free financing! I had first-rate customer service and was even greeted by one of the owners, Charlie Evans! How often does that happen? Too top things off, I was greeted with my keys to my vehicle and giving a thorugh explaination of how things work...they even pre-set equipment for me right there on the spot! I highly recommend getting ANY vehicle purchase from Vandergriff Honda! More

I came into the dealership after speaking with Kevin Bautz on the phone. Kevin is a very pleasant easy going guy. The process with him is very easy. Once the sales manager became involved I had to settle for less than average for my car and no Ipad. This was of course disappointing but Kevin still gets all 5s for his part. More
