I had a wreck that totaled (the greatest vehicle I had ever driven) my '05 Element, and needed a new car. I explained to Kevin that I didn't have anything to put down and that I didn't want a note over a ever driven) my '05 Element, and needed a new car. He immediately apologized on behalf of the dealership and thanked my wife for her faith in the dealership to make it right. Nevertheless, through her faith and Kevin's kind straight arrow great stewardship we started at around 7pm and I was at home around 9pm with another Honda from Vandergriff. I just want to say thank you to all the staff and especially Kevin Bautz for making me believe that Vandergriff was able to make this happen in my time of great need. More

Kevin is a very friendly salesman, I ask him to let me browse and he pointed to where to look and left me alone until I ask for his assistance. I have used this Honda Dealership since 1982. I have purchased a total of 18 Hondas from various dealers in this Metroplex. Since it became Vandergriff I have used it exclusively. I used to work in this field and have found no one better. I recently bought a 2010 Ridgeline and had a brake problem that could not be found. They went the farthest of anyone I know. Eventually they got the factory involved and changed the entire brake system out and sent it back to the factory to study. It was replaced with a new system which works perfectly now. I appreciate a company that goes that far to help its customers. I will always recommend them and go to them for care. More

I had a great experience at Vandergriff Honda. Salah Hoque was extremely friendly and energetic from the moment he met me on the lot to when he handed me the keys to the second car. I say the second car because I wasn't approved for the first vehicle I chose. They let me leave with the first vehicle for 2 weeks before having me come back to chose something else. Salah made the whole experience extremely easy and worry free. The reason I gave the dealership a 4 in "Overall Experience" was because the finance manager signed me up for an option that they didn't make aware was optional and then told me that I could take it off later, AFTER I was financed. Well... everyone knows they get a bonus from this and if you happen to take it off later you're still left with the same monthly payment written on the agreement (your term just ends sooner), so I had to make sure that they knew I wasn't going to finance the vehicle without re-doing the Vehicle Agreement. Once I let them know that everything else worked out fine. More

Went to Vandergriff Honda and was greeted by Rick Davis and explained that I was looking for a used car and test drove one. Then Rick introduced me directly to Yuni Chon, one of the managers from the New Car Sales. I briefly explained to Yuni what I was looking for and the price range. Yuni took the time to explain the differences between buying the used car and buying the new with the great percentage rates. Yuni was able to show me, not tell me, on paper the actual numbers I was looking at which made my decision very easy. Soon enough Ariel Yepez had several Accords lined-up back to back and I was test driving 2drs, 4drs, 4 cylinders, and V-6's. Needless to say, Ariel was on it! With the great selection available, needless to say my decision was much more difficult but made nevertheless. I was then introduced to Kyler Oakes who provided hassle-free financing! I had first-rate customer service and was even greeted by one of the owners, Charlie Evans! How often does that happen? Too top things off, I was greeted with my keys to my vehicle and giving a thorugh explaination of how things work...they even pre-set equipment for me right there on the spot! I went to buy a used car. But was not sure what kind I was looking for. My salesperson Salah explained me about different Honda models and in the end keep in consideration o my wants and needs showed me a was looking for. I have been to a few dealerships but no one was help full enough to accommodate my needs and wants. But Saleh rely spent the time to listen to what i was looking for and also found the perfect car for me. It did take a while but he was very patient. Once we had selected the correct car sales Manager Shakeel worked around the price. Was able to quote me a price which was perfect in my budget.Monthly payments and the down payment worked great. I had been looking for a car for a few weeks but my experience with there dealerships was not that great. Finally I am glad that i came to this place where every one was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to any one and will be back to get my wife a new car. More
