The service was great and they back up their warranties. I had my visor defected and they replace it with no questions asked. I took the car in for an oil change. First they tell me there is an oil leak and they have to drop the engine. They kept the car over night and gave me a loaner which I appreciated. Next day they tell me there is an oil leak and they have to drop the engine. They kept the car over night and gave me a loaner which I appreciated. Next day they tell me that there was never an oil leak but recommends all this extra stuff since the engine was already out. Included in the recommendation was a $110 brake fluid change. This was November 2011 and the car had 82732 miles on it. The brake fluid was changed at the same dealership in May 2011 with 76804 miles on the car. They still charged me $59.99 for the oil leak that didn't exist. I saw no signs that the engine ever came out. This isn't isolated to just one service rep. There are a few that are honest. But more often than not they will try to sell you service you don't need. More

Asheed Graves was our sales rep and he was never pushy. He was very knowledgeable about the cars I test drove. It was a hard decision but I decided on the Crosstour. I was extremely happy with the amount they gave me for my trade in. Then i met Salah Hoque in the financing dept. He was also very enjoyable to deal with. The most important thing to him and everyone else I met that I was happy. He worked with me until I received the financing rate I wanted, the monthly payment I was extremely happy with and the price I wanted to pay for the warranty. Thank you very much for making what should have been a painful experience a wonderful memory. The customers happiness was the most important thing to everyone I dealt with instead of the bottom line.
