It was finally time to replace my gas guzzling 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 with something that wasn't always so thirsty. He made the whole experience from shopping, test driving, choosing, dealing, trading - all completely painless. Ruben took the time to listen to my wants and desires, answer my questions, ask me questions and then find me a car I could really be happy with. My new 2012 metallic black 2 door Accord Coupe is great. I love it. It is sporty yet comfortable. Quiet yet peppy getting up to speed very quickly when necessary. I've had the car a week now and still haven't had to fill up the tank...wow, what a difference! Best of all, it fits in my garage with my husband's car. No more parking it out in the blazing sun in the summer and being freezing cold on those snowy Texas winter mornings....especially since it doesn't have heated or ventilated seats. That's probably the only thing it doesn't have that I wish it did - but that's on Honda not the dealer or my sales staff. Overall I'm very happy. Couldn't have chosen a better team to help me with this purchase. Thanks y'all. You've got one happy customer here. I'll tell anyone who's looking - go see Vandergriff. More
