Above and beyond your average dealership!!! I recently had our car serviced at Vandergriff Honda and was caught a little suprised by the treatment I recieved as compared to what I'm used to getting at oth had our car serviced at Vandergriff Honda and was caught a little suprised by the treatment I recieved as compared to what I'm used to getting at other places. Not in a bad way, but this may have been the best service visit I've ever had at a dealership from beginning to end. My service advisor, Mike Symank was top notch in listening to my concerns and fulfilling my requests to the best of his ability. I felt like he explained the service and repairs needed from the perspective of actually owning the car. He helped me prioritize items now, and for the near future, in regards to safety and drivability. The cashier, Emily House, was very attentive in gathering my paperwork and covering charges. She seemed to genuinely strive to make sure even paying my bill went smoothly and all my questions were answered. However, Mike Symank made sure there was no stone unturned and everything was straight forward from the get go. I was given a token for a complimentary drink from their cafe while I waited for my freshly washed car to be valeted for me. That's right, a cafe in the dealership-WOW! The cafe staff was extremely friendly and even made me an iced mocha coffee for the road. I will be taking a road trip soon with my family and already have our SUV scheduled in prior to hitting the road to make sure everything's in good shape. If anything needs attention, I'm sure Mike Symank will guide me in what needs to be done. Keep up the great work. I will definately recommend Vandergriff Honda to everyone!!! More
Mike has done a great job communicating the services included in the 60K maintance and also calling me about what needs to be done or should be brought to my attention. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful with our new purchase. We purchased a new car on April 24. Jessica was our sales person and was pleasant, but not very attentive to detail. I asked several times if the price she was showing us was the final price and she said yes person and was pleasant, but not very attentive to detail. We discussed them and I reluctanly agreed to take the pin stripe and Skylink options. Next we were taken to Kyler Oakes office where we were prodded to buy more options, some of which were ridiculous. After about 15 minutes of my saying NO repeatly,Kyler excused himself and left the room. As he was going down the hall, we heard him muttering that these people are hard nuts to crack. A couple of minutes later the attack dog arrived. I don't remember his name, but he was rude and harassing. At one point, he asked us if we were saying we could not afford $15.00 a month for an extended warranty,then sneeringly said he was sure we could have paid cash for the car. This man never looked at us, he just sat there looking at the pc monitor and firing off questions. We reluctantly agreed to purchase the warranty and I told the harasser that if he asked about any other options, We would cancel the purchase. I did email my concerns to the dealer and received a luke warm apology and tickets to a Texas Rangers game. What we really wanted was some assurance that the man who harrassed us was either fired or given more training. In summary: We do like our 2012 Accord. We have not received the Vehicle Service Agreement that we paid $851. for. No real apology has been offered. We do anticipate buying another car from you. More
Service was provided in a quick and detialed manner. The service tech did not assume to know the answer but listen to the issues before making any recommendations. The waiting room was varied, open and allowed for movement. The access to computers for internet access was a plus. Mike was in control of in information flow and was available for questions during the service. As good as any dealership service shop that I have expereinced and maybe the best service tech I have ever worked with. More
I have purchased 5 vehicles from Vandergriff Honda. I took my CRV in yesterday with problems - Chris was right on it.
