Other than for Express oil changes this was my first visit to Vandergriff Honda Service Dept where my 3 year old Accord actually needed a repair. My service advisor, Mike Symank, was reassuringly profes visit to Vandergriff Honda Service Dept where my 3 year old Accord actually needed a repair. My service advisor, Mike Symank, was reassuringly professional and knowledgable. He was quickly able to ascertain that my problem was covered under my extended warranty and there would be no out-of pocket expense. Although the repair would require 48 hrs to accomplish, Mike kept me informed of the progress and the repair was completed within the time he promised. Although I dont expect further problems with my car, I'll be asking for Mike on any future visit. More
my experience with Mike Symank in the service department was a perfect show of customer service and how a dealer should run, my experience with mike actually began on the phone the day before when i called was a perfect show of customer service and how a dealer should run, my experience with mike actually began on the phone the day before when i called about the immobilizer system on my civic not allowing my key to start the car, mike had never heard of this happening and right away began to help figure out the problem over the phone we both concluded that the key needed to be replaced with a factory Honda key, came in the next day and right away mike remembered me and even though it was busy began to help get me taken of, after an hour wait my car was finished and i was on my way, Mike was very kind and knew what he was talking about and it was just a great show of how a customer should be treated, i would recommend this location to anyone and tell them to talk to Mike, i will be coming back here for all my service needs More

I made a service appointment through Mike Symank for 8-3-2012. As usual, the work was performed promptly and professionlly. I didn't have an appointment but stopped in to request major maint. on my vehicle. They were kind and didn't turn me away. Also did an initial "under the hood" look at my vehicle with me and explained the procedures of how the tech would do an overall inspection of various areas of my vehicle and I would receive a copy via email, in addition to a phone call summarizing actions. It was a Friday (after 2pm) and I wasn't expecting my car until Monday, but Saturday afternoon I got a call from Mike telling it was ready due to collateral support being available to finish up the maintenance. Note also that I live in Fort Worth but opted to go the Arlington Honda Dealership to have my maintenance done. More
I would have given a review of Great, but my visit was a bit long. I got there when they opened at 8:00am on a Saturday and didn't get home until 12:00pm. Considering drive time of ten minutes I thought it was long. However, to the service departments credit, the place was packed and it didn't let up. When I left customers were still coming in. I think that is a testament to the quality of the work they do. I had my car inspected (this involved replacing a tire and a headlamp) and an oil change. The work they did was very good as usual. I have purchased 3 cars from them and have used their service department for all maintenence. My rating may be a bit unfair considering the amount of work done. Jose was very polite, explained everything in detail and even got me a discount on the tire I purchased. Great company, Great service and quality work at a reasonable price. I already have plans to purchase my fourth car from Vadergriff Honda. More
I called to schedule my Civic in for an A/C issue. As we talked, Mike was very informative in discussing what my problem may be. He suggested I stop by and purchase an inexpensive part based on my symptoms. The little part was only about ten bucks so it was worth a try. When I arrived, I met Mike and he directed me to another man to buy the part. Mike told me how to change relay... and Wow! Problem solved. Not only did I save time and money but I feel like I accomplished the repair on my own, with the guidance of my new car guy Mike. Thank you for the help to those at Vandergriff Honda. Recently stopped in for maintenance before the family headed on a roadtrip. Simple routine stuff. No big deal. The service writer, Mike, brought to my attention a few things to benefit our traveling. The mechanic who worked on our car found a nail in a tire and was able to repair it. After balancing and alignment, we were on the road. The trip went well and the car drove like new, even after 60,000 miles. I would suggest having your car checked over prior to any extended driving on the road. I will recommend Vandergriff Honda service center and Mike to friends and family. More
