I needed a few parts for my 1996 Honda Civic. When I got there Emily House helped me. She is a total delight!!! Very helpful, upbeat and friendly!! Your shuttle service both times was very nice and appreciated. The only thing was the last time I needed the service, I was the closest to being dropped off but was the last to be dropped off. I didn't realize we were going to drop someone off in Dallas when I work right at 1-20 and Matlock. I think this is something that should be noted when planning for drop offs. On my part I should have asked to be dropped off first since I was going to work and the other rider was going home. All in all, great service, great dealership, great folks. More

I needed the visor on the driver si It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Vandergriff Honda. These people know stellar Customer Service. I needed the visor on the driver side of my Honda Civic fixed or replaced and the guys at the Service department took care of me. I was greeted by Mr. Howard Russell, a Service Advisor, who made the whole process seamless and hassle-free. He led me to the waiting room area, which was clean, modern and comfortable, complete with an array of flat-screen T.V.’s, WiFi and a cafe. Customers have ways to entertain themselves while they wait and even get to enjoy a complimentary beverage from the cafe. It was a hot day so this was very much appreciated. After a few short minutes, Mr. Russell notified me that the visor was not in stock, but needed to be ordered. He took my information and then told me that my car would be brought back – much to my surprise- after a complimentary wash. Definitely another plus, which saved me having to take my car to the car wash later that day. When the part did arrive after a couple of weeks, Mr. Russell promptly contacted me and offered various times I could bring my vehicle in that were conducive to my schedule. He even changed the date after something came up at work. What I especially liked was that he was fairly easy to reach and that he returned my calls within a couple of hours. Vandergriff Honda employees in general take care of their customers. What I found noteworthy is the consistency and the degree at which you are being taken care of. My visor was installed this past Wednesday during my lunch break. It was a flurry of activity in the Service area, but various employees made it a point to ask me if I needed assistance. In addition, Mr. Russell made sure to tell me the status of vehicle as I waited. When I wandered into the showroom area, employees from sales to finance stopped and greeted me and asked if I was being helped. I was introduced to the General Manager, Mr. Charlie Evans and he even kindly if offered his assistance. Promptness, professionalism, courtesy and respect all exemplify good customer service and I feel Vandergriff Honda Arlington does an excellent job at demonstrating this. I definitely plan on bringing my business here again and recommend this dealership. More

First experience in 2008 at Vandergriff was horrible, didn't think I would be a return customer. Second experience in 2010 a world of difference as we were introduced to Jaye Parsons who made buying a ne didn't think I would be a return customer. Second experience in 2010 a world of difference as we were introduced to Jaye Parsons who made buying a new car a much smoother process. Departure of Gary Reeves, Service, was hard to accept as we could not find anyone at his caliber, but here comes Mike Symank who has achieved that and beyond. Third experience in 2012 was even better as Jaye Parsons never let us down from the minute we walked in to the time we leave. Mike Symank is very thorough and detailed and make sure you are taken care of while servicing your car. More
