And I was very happy with the serviced, therefore, I would like to make exceptional thank you to advisor Mike Symank who helped me for the repaired of the steering wheel pop and out of warranty, and also some of other the recall accessories that I had on my accord 09 and because of his knowledge and he took his time to made sure that I understand every thing and he also gave me some advised how to take of my car.I would recommended Vandergrift services because their friendly experience people. I took my S2000 in because the radio would not work. Jose Zepeda found a blown fuse, and more importantly, found the root cause that blew the fuse. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I took my car in because my cd player has not been working. In addition I needed to have my oil changed, and I also wanted a general checkup since I was going to be going on a road trip. Tracy informed me that the cd player would need to be shipped off for diagnostics. He was concerned that the cd player might not be returned in time for my road trip so we rescheduled the installation for another date. He got the remainder of the work I needed completed, and my car was available at the time he quoted to me. I asked him to give me a general estimate before the work was to be done, and the final bill was a little less than quoted which was nice. I did not have an appointment that day, but Tracy still had my car serviced and ready the same day. Thank you. More
I took my '05 Odyssey in for a broken AC. That's expensive. However, Diana suggested doing the timing belt replacement which was also due since some labor overlaps, and saving about $250 on the com expensive. I also got some some work done for free under extended warranty programs. And she got me a free rental car! Dealer service is probably more expensive, but at least they do it right. More

I would like to give positive praises for the customer service I received from Howard Russell. I came in yesterday through the bay and was greeted me with a smile. He politely asked if it would be ok to service I received from Howard Russell. I came in yesterday through the bay and was greeted me with a smile. He politely asked if it would be ok to schedule an appt. for the safety recall work that needed to be done. I obliged bc that way the dealership is working with me and my schedule--it alleviates my nerves bc I'm better able to prepare for my 2.5 hours wait. Before I left, he offered me something to drink. I was shocked bc normally in past dealerships I've dealt, in order to receive a drink, some kind of trade-off needs to occur, such as a wait. Or, like in most cases, I will go thirsty! Upon my return today, I was again greeted by a smiling Howard who made sure that I was taken care of before he took my car. I wanted him to know that I wanted to fill out a customer service evaluation even before my service was completed. I had never been treatd as professionally as I had been with much kindness. Anyway, he also ensured that I received my drink and that I found what I was looking for during my 2.5 wait to get some of my own work done. I am still glad that I purchased my Honda CRV June 1, 2012 and look forward to the easy time it will be while getting my first oil change. Nichole G. More
