Stopped in for my detailing and oil change (which is more like a moment of sanity with the great cafe and friendly people) when I happened to notice the new Accord had hit the lot. After getting back I went to check on my Civic and there she sat gleaming and in the reception garage out of the hot sun. Mike and Chris were working as a great team getting the customers in and out and looking like they truly enjoy their jobs. I've been to other dealers in the area and none of them provide the warm, welcoming atmosphere that Vandergriff does. The people are personable and the only pressure there is from the air lines in the service bay. If you're in the area stop by and see what keeps me coming back to them. More

I had an wonderful experience. Mike Symank was great to work with. He listened to my concerns and developed a pretty good idea of what might have been wrong with the car. Tracy was so helpful in getting my oil changed and a few new car issues dealt with! When I arrived he immediately got the paperwork ready so that the car could be taken to the service dept.
