I first purchased a Honda fit from Vandergriff 3 yrs ago and now I have a Honda Accord. And the vehicle was still under warranty and had some work. It was time for my first scheduled oil change and I was a little reluctant driving from Frisco to Arlington to receive it because there is another Honda dealership 5 minutes away from me. However Mike Symank made my decision a very easy YES from the moment he answered the phone. I actually had two issues and I knew one of them was not even in his department. Mike took ownership of both issue without transferring me to another department. The next thing I know, I was receiveing an email confirmation about my upcoming visit. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted promptly and by the time I finished my breakfast taco and complimentary drink, I was pretty much set to go, and did I mention this was on a Saturday?? You can't buy this type of service!! So from here on out I will be making that long drive from Frisco to Arlington because I am confident in knowing that I will be taking care of. Emailed the detailed, recommended service repairs and costs consider and authorize other repairs, in addition to the warranty work. He was considerate and worked to return our vehicle as quickly as possible and we appreciated his personal greeting at drop off and pickup. He puts in long days! Shout out to Benson Chanthirath's; his great attitude a plus, working with us on Honda warranty repair. Vandergriff's service department took care of the warranty issue and we appreciated the attention they took, working to solve the problem!
