I thought my feedback would be used constructively and the processes with the Finance Department will improve. Unfortunately, it appears their response was not communicated to the people who I had a problem with. I can only guess they put that kind of response in to mitigate damage of a negative review. It turns out they wanted me to redo some paperwork. It took two weeks to get that all worked out with several escalations along the way. Thanks, Steve
